70g caster sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

Prepare the muffins. Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and place it in a saucepan filled with water. Gently melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is smooth. Whisk the soft butter with the powdered sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the eggs, one after the other, then the slightly warm melted chocolate and whisk well. Then add the wheat flour in the rain, sifted with baking powder and mix well, pour the milk and mix again vigorously to obtain a smooth and smooth dough. Divide the dough into boxes. Bake for 20 min. Check the doneness with a knife blade. If it comes out dry, the chocolate cupcakes are baked. Take the molds out of the oven and cool the cupcakes on a wire rack.

Prepare the all-chocolate frosting by breaking the chocolate into pieces. Put it with the butter cut into pieces in a bowl. Place it on a saucepan filled with water and melt the mixture in a double boiler. Mix until the chocolate is smooth.
